Terri has won many awards which are results to her passion, spirit and great effort in the making of her music. She worked and waited for seven years before she got a music contract signed and then worked harder with famous artists to create great albums that bring joy and inspiration to people. Terri has many people in her life who have inspired her to become a country music artist such as her mother and grandparents. Growing up in a country styled life, she was determined to pursue her goal to become and artist, no matter how long it takes.
She worked with people who inspired her so much to create albums, people that told her that country music is who she is and there's nothing better she could do than follow her dreams such as her friends who worked with her on her album 'Classic." Most of them are, Kitty Wells, Merle Haggard, Glen Campbell, Patsy Cline, Tanya Tucker and Reba McEntire. She sang many different music pieces from different times from many of these artists to create her own sound and music. These people influenced her to become a music artist and to chase her dreams because she is an outstanding artist and now Terri is doing the same to people. She is influencing people the same as people influenced her and she is rewarded with many awards.

Terri Clark has received the Billboard magazine, The Top New Female Country Artist in 1995, the Country Weekly Golden Pick, Favorite Female Newcomer in 1996, TNN/Music City News, Female Star of Tomorrow in 1996, Song of the Year for “Better Things to Do,” 1996, Album of the Year for Terri Clark in 1996 and the Vista Rising Star Award in 1996.
In 1997, she received
The Canadian Academy of Recording Science and Arts Juno Awards, The Best New Solo Artist Album of the Year for "Just the Same," Female Vocalist of the Year and Entertainer of the Year.
In 2001, she received the Best Country Female Artist Award and Video of the Year for "No Fear."
From 2001-2003, she received the Fan's Choice Award.
She received Single of the Year for her single "I just Wanna be Mad in 2003.
In 1997, she received
